Having completed his studies in Visual Communication at the Ecole de Recherche Graphique in Brussels, Christian Aschman decided to divide his time between Luxembourg and Brussels. Working as a freelance photographer since 1992, his work has been published in such magazines as Archiduc, Desirs, Elle Belgique, Elle Wonen, Kaiserin, Madame Figaro, Man, Nico, Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazin, M#00 Brazil, Beople, Line by Wallpaper, Têtu, Weekend-Le Vif, and Weekend–Knack.
